Usual dose in chronic conditions: 2 tablets daily in two divided doses morning and evening at mealtimes.
In acute hemorrhoidal attacks: 6 tablets daily (in 3 divided doses) for 3 to 4 days, then 4 tablets daily (in 2 divided doses).

Treatment of chronic hemorrhoids and acute
hemorrhoidal attacks.

Acute hemorrhoidal attack:
If the hemorrhoid symptoms do not disappear within 15 days, you should ask for your doctor for advice.
Venous circulation disorders:
The most effective way of giving this treatment is in
combination with a healthy lifestyle. Avoid exposure to
the sun, heat, excessive standing and being
overweight. Walking and wearing special support
stockings stimulate blood circulation.
