We currently offer standard delivery within Singapore, with orders typically delivered within 3 working days from confirmation. Delivery is available to clinics, pharmacies, hospitals, and retail partners islandwide.
Can I arrange for self-collection?
Yes, self-collection is available at our warehouse upon request. Please coordinate with your ICM Pharma sales representative or indicate it during checkout.
Do you ship outside of Singapore?
For international or export enquiries, please contact our sales team directly. Export orders are handled separately from our domestic B2B platform.
Do you deliver pharmaceutical products during weekends or public holidays in Singapore?
No, we only deliver from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. All pharmaceutical and personal care orders are fulfilled during standard business hours to ensure safe and timely delivery for our business customers.

Our delivery hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If your clinic, pharmacy, or business requires special delivery arrangements outside these hours, please contact our customer support team in advance.
