Description

ICM Pharma PRODINE is a broad spectrum, non-stinging and non-staining on skin containing Povidone Iodine used as antiseptic on cuts, bruises, contaminated wounds, burns and for the pre-operative preparation of the skin and mucous membranes.

Active Ingredient
Povidone-Iodine Solution BP
(Povidone-Iodine 10% w/v equivalent to 1% w/v available iodine).

Use
Antiseptic

  • Apply undiluted as an antiseptic on cuts, bruises, contaminated wounds, burns and for the pre-operative operations of the skin and mucous membranes.
  • For external use only.
  • Avoid application to large areas of broken skin as excessive absorption of iodine may occur.
  • If hypersensitivity develops (redness or swelling), stop application and consult physician.
  • Stains on skin may be wash off with soap and water.
  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Keep container well-closed.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
